In the last few years we have acquired a high level of competence in Application Development.\nHiflylabs is committed to innovation, and encourages the realization of innovative initiatives in the form of independent startups.\nGet an insight on how we work and check out our Website, LinkedIn page and YouTube channel!\n Responsibilities\nManaging and migrating ETL pipelines between various source systems\nValidating pipeline build success and output data quality\nCommunicating with business stakeholders and SME's regarding their respective data domain\nAnalysing and resolving any blockers/issues with the ETL pipelines and data discrepancies Working closely with the other team members to ensure best practices and know-hows are kept up to date\nSupporting data migration activities across various systems and platforms\nProviding operational support within the Snowflake environment\nDocumenting and tracking work handed over\n Requirements\n2-3 years of relevant experience in data, ETL, data migration, or a similar role \n2-3 years of hands-on SQL knowledge.\nat least 1-2 year of experience with Python\nProven track record of working with Pandas and/or pySpark\nHands on experience with current AI chat and coding tools\nAdvanced Excel skills\nGood communication skills in English, both written and spoken.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nA proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and switch effectively between tasks.\nNice to have\nExperience with Snowflake / Dataiku / Impala / db2.\nMultinational company experience\nExperience with modern data engineering stack: dbt, Airflow, Databricks or other relevant technologies\nWorking model\nHybrid working model: 3 days on-site and 2 days working from home each week.\nOnce every two weeks, you will work adjusted hours aligned with the New York time zone to support business operations.\n Additional information\nDiverse projects - In each assignment, there is always something new, either on the technical or the business side, that helps you grow.\nEmpowerment - Trust is a cornerstone of our culture.
