Role\nWe’re looking for a new-generation AI builder - someone between a software engineer, prompt engineer, automation hacker, and product innovator.\nThis is not a traditional SWE role.\nYou’ll work on AI-native products, internal agents, automations, and experimental workflows powered by the latest frontier models, open-source tooling, MCP ecosystems, and multimodal systems.\nYou should be the kind of person who constantly explores what’s happening in AI:\nnew agent frameworks\n\nopen-source tooling\n\nAI video & creative workflows\n\nMCP servers\n\ncoding agents\n\nautomation stacks\n\nmultimodal systems\n\nnew product patterns emerging every week\n\nYou don’t just follow trends - you prototype them.\nWho We’re Looking For\nYou might be a fit if you:\nAre a hustler who ships fast and experiments constantly\n\nHave strong intuition for building new AI-native products and workflows\n\nStay deeply plugged into the AI ecosystem and emerging tooling\n\nUnderstand how modern AI agents actually work under the hood\n\nCan automate things quickly and creatively\n\nThink in systems and workflows, not just prompts\n\nHave strong product taste and curiosity\n\nThrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments\n\nLearn new tools obsessively fast\n\nMust-Have Skills\nExperience with JavaScript or Python (ideally both)\n\nComfortable building prototypes, automations, and internal tools\n\nUnderstanding of:\nLLMs\n\ntokens/context windows\n\nAPIs & CLI tooling\n\nMCP ecosystems\n\nagent frameworks\n\ntool use & orchestration\n\nRAG / retrieval concepts\n\nExperience using modern AI coding workflows and AI-native tooling\n\nAbility to quickly turn ideas into working demos or systems\n\nBig Plus\nExperience with ML or training/inference infrastructure\n\nExperience Work On\nBuild AI-native internal and external products\n\nPrototype new agentic workflows and automation systems\n\nExplore frontier AI tooling and identify new product opportunities\n\nExperiment
