You’ll own features from initial idea through release, make technical decisions, and work closely with product, design, and backend teams. We value autonomy, high agency, and high energy: engineers who take initiative, solve problems, and keep work moving.\nWhat you’ll do:\nOwn complex iOS features end to end, including technical design, implementation, testing, release, and iteration.\n\nBuild polished interfaces with UIKit and SwiftUI.\n\nDesign and evolve the network layer, including API integration, authentication, error handling, retries, and caching.\n\nQA your own work: validate user flows, visual details, and edge cases across supported devices and iOS versions, and resolve issues before shipping.\n\nImprove app performance, reliability, and maintainability.\n\nContribute to product decisions and work with designers to refine user flows and interactions.\n\nRaise engineering quality through code reviews, technical guidance, and improvements to development practices.\n\nCore requirements:\nStrong native iOS development experience, with a track record of shipping and maintaining production applications.\n\nDeep proficiency in Swift, with strong experience in both UIKit and SwiftUI, including interoperability.\n\nStrong networking fundamentals and experience building reliable, maintainable network layers.\n\nAn AI-native engineering workflow: use AI coding assistants and agents to accelerate exploration, implementation, testing, and debugging;
