In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, scheduling appointments, and supporting our technicians in the field. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
• Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers with questions regarding services, pricing, and availability
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
• Promote and sell company memberships and additional services
• Confirm appointments and follow up with customers as needed
• Maintain accurate customer records in the scheduling system
• Coordinate with dispatch and field technicians to ensure smooth scheduling
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Meet individual and team performance goals, including membership sales and booking metrics

Requirements

• Previous customer service, call center, sales or scheduling experience
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Comfortable discussing and selling memberships and services
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM software is a plus
