Responsibilities:\nAnswer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally\nSchedule service appointments accurately and efficiently\nAssist customers with questions regarding services, pricing, and availability\nProvide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience\nPromote and sell company memberships and additional services\nConfirm appointments and follow up with customers as needed\nMaintain accurate customer records in the scheduling system\nCoordinate with dispatch and field technicians to ensure smooth scheduling\nResolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy\nMeet individual and team performance goals, including membership sales and booking metrics\nRequirements\nPrevious customer service, call center, sales or scheduling experience \nStrong communication and phone skills\nComfortable discussing and selling memberships and services\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail\nAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment\nPositive attitude and team-oriented mindset\nExperience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM software is a
