monitor performance, and continuously improve HR processes.\n\nPrepare HR reports, KPIs, and workforce analytics for senior management.\n\nCoordinate with project managers and department heads to address workforce challenges and support project operations.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\nMinimum of 15 years of experience in Human Resources, including managerial experience.\n\nPrevious experience in construction or contracting companies is highly preferred.\n\nStrong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, social insurance, payroll, and personnel management.\n\nProven experience in manpower planning and recruitment for engineering and construction projects.\n\nExcellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.\n\nStrong analytical skills and experience preparing HR reports and KPIs.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with senior management and project
