This position demands a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining quality standards. Success in this role also requires effective collaboration within a team-oriented manufacturing environment.\nEssential Functions / Responsibilities:\nEfficiently operate equipment such as the Buffing Wheel\nSet up machines with proper calibration, settings, and specifications for each production run to ensure optimal performance.\nOperate and maintain manufacturing machinery and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures and established safety protocols.\nPerform routine inspections during the production process to identify and address potential issues promptly.\nAccurately document production data, including output quantities and any deviations from quality standards, in a timely manner.\nMonitor machine performance continuously and make necessary adjustments to maintain production efficiency and product quality.\nVerifies the correct dies are selected and used for the corresponding part numbers in each production cycle.\nExecute daily responsibilities independently while adhering to established ISO 9002 procedures and quality standards.\nComply with all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.\nHealth and Safety:\nWork in accordance with all Company, Federal, and State regulations.\nWear all required PPE as prescribed.\nFollow all Company Health and Safety policies and procedures.\nConduct duties with attention to personal and coworker safety.\nRequired Skills and Abilities:\nAbility to read, understand, and follow technical manuals, work instructions, and procedural documents.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management, both internally and externally.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.\nMust be able to successfully pass a pre-employment physical examination and drug screening.\nPreferred Education and Experience:\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nStrong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.\nBasic proficiency with computers and related software.\nDemonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.\nWork Environment and Physical Requirements:\nThis position operates in a manufacturing environment with a high noise level due to production equipment.
