This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being hands-on, building relationships with employees and leaders, and supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nAs an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted resource for employees and management while supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruiting, compliance, training, and leave administration. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working independently while partnering closely with leadership.\nEssential Functions / Responsibilities:\nRecruiting & Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process for Ohio-based positions from requisition through orientation and onboarding.\nEmployee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, workplace concerns, investigations, conflict resolution, and management guidance.\nHR Compliance: Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.\nLeave Administration: Provide compliant oversight and administration of FMLA and other applicable state and federal leave programs, including disability-related programs as appropriate.\nTraining & Development: Support employee and management training, coaching, and organizational development initiatives.\nHR Support: Partner with employees and managers to answer questions, resolve concerns, and promote a positive and productive workplace.\nHRIS & Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential employee information and utilize HRIS systems to support HR processes.\nRequired Skills, Abilities and Qualifications:\n3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 3 years in an HR Generalist role.\nExperience supporting employee relations, recruiting, training, compensation, benefits, and HR compliance.\nExperience recruiting for a variety of positions, including management-level roles.\nStrong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.\nExperience with HRIS systems; ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.\nAbility to build positive relationships with employees and leaders at all levels.\nMust be fluent in Spanish\nManufacturing experience preferred.\nPreferred Education and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.\nEquivalent relevant HR experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.\nWork Environment and Physical Requirements\nThis is an on-site HR role supporting our manufacturing operations.\nCommuting to support the Canfield location when needed.\nAvailable for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts as needed.\nSpend extended periods working at a desk and using a computer.\nNavigate and interact with employees and leaders throughout the facility.\nDisclaimer: High Bar Brands is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values diversity of individuals, ideas, perspectives, and experiences.
