Ability to deploy multimodal solutions for high accuracy and low latency outputs.\n\n- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver insights.\n\n- Interpret and communicate results of analysis to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Document clearly and concisely.\n\n- Perform A/B testing and experimentation to evaluate product or process changes.\n\n- Continuously optimize models and workflows for performance and scalability.\n\nRequired Qualifications :\n\n- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.\n\n- 8+ years of hands-on experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning roles.\n\n- Proficiency in Python; strong knowledge of data science libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.\n\n- Deep understanding of Transformers architecture and fine tuning algorithms like LoRa, etc.\n\n- Solid SQL skills and experience with data manipulation in large databases.\n\n- Strong background in statistics, data modeling, and machine learning techniques.
