We support departments with web design, social media, media relations, photography and video production, and branding.\nJob Description:\nThe Campus Concierge team serves as the frontline of the university, providing exceptional customer service and support to students, staff, faculty, families. This role requires strong communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and a flexible, can-do attitude. Campus Concierges assist with day-to-day desk responsibilities (answering phones, emails, deliveries) transportation and shuttle support, big event weekends (Family Weekend, Valentine’s) and team store shifts, ensuring that all guests experience a smooth, positive, and memorable visit here at High Point.\nJob Location/ Hours Required: \nThe candidate will perform all duties in person at one of our 3 desks. The total number of hours a student employee may work per week is 20 hours.
