We bring together strategy, business architecture, finance and accounting, risk, operations, data, AI, and technology to design and deliver practical business solutions.\nOur work spans the front, middle, and back office, from lending origination and servicing platforms to finance and subledger architecture, risk transformation, enterprise data platforms, and AI-enabled operations. We turn complex business problems into executable solutions by connecting people, process, data, technology, governance, and controls.\nYour Impact\nAs a Senior Consultant, you will work directly with client and Highspring teams to understand complex business challenges, design solutions, and help move those solutions into execution.\nYou will:\nBreak down ambiguous business problems into clear issues, hypotheses, analyses, and actions.\nAssess current-state business processes, capabilities, operating models, controls, data, and enabling technologies.\nDesign future-state solutions across people, process, data, technology, governance, and controls.\nMap end-to-end business processes and platform operating models, identifying interaction models, handoffs, dependencies, control points, and opportunities to simplify how work gets done.\nSupport the design and modernization of lending origination, underwriting, servicing, payments, deposits, models, treasury, and other financial services platforms.\nHelp design finance architectures spanning operational platforms, subledgers, general ledgers, consolidation, and financial and regulatory reporting.\nAssess and design how enterprise data platforms support business processes, reporting, analytics, risk management, AI, and decision-making.\nTranslate business needs into data products, data requirements, integration patterns, semantic models, reporting requirements, and governance expectations.\nUnderstand how modern cloud and data platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, and similar technologies can enable broader business solutions.\nIdentify opportunities to redesign processes using AI, enterprise agents, workflow automation, and low-code technologies such as Microsoft Power Automate.\nHelp design enterprise agents that connect data, workflow, and business rules to automate information retrieval, case management, exception handling, reporting, controls, and employee decision support.\nTranslate business requirements into process, functional, data, control, and technology requirements that implementation teams can execute.\nDevelop capability models, target operating models, process maps, business requirements, data requirements, decision rights, and implementation roadmaps.\nHelp clients establish OKRs, KPIs, and performance-management frameworks that connect strategic objectives to measurable business outcomes.\nSupport risk transformation across operational risk, enterprise risk, controls, regulatory change, resilience, and first- and second-line operating models.\nSupport complex transformation programs, including M&A integration, finance transformation, regulatory change, enterprise data, AI, and technology modernization.\nParticipate in client workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and executive presentations.\nBuild executive-ready analyses, recommendations, business cases, and implementation plans.\nYour Experience\nWe are looking for people who are comfortable solving problems that do not come with a predefined answer.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Technology, or a related discipline.\n3+ years of experience in consulting, financial services, transformation, business architecture, finance, risk, operations, data, or technology.\nClient-facing experience in professional services or highly relevant financial services industry experience.\nStrong structured problem-solving and analytical skills.\nAbility to understand how business processes, operating models, data, controls, and technology platforms work together.\nExperience translating business needs into requirements, solution designs, or implementation plans.\nExperience supporting business or technology transformation initiatives.\nExposure to modern enterprise data platforms, cloud architectures, analytics, AI, automation, or workflow technologies.\nAbility to develop high-quality client deliverables with limited direction.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.\nComfort operating where the problem, solution, or path forward may initially be unclear.\nCuriosity about how emerging technology can fundamentally change how financial services work is performed.\nWillingness to travel at least 25%.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster of Business Administration or another relevant advanced degree, or equivalent professional experience.\nExperience with one or more financial services sectors, including banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, capital markets, private credit, or fintech.\nExposure to acquisition integration, finance transformation, regulatory change, risk transformation, or technology modernization projects.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Power Automate, or comparable cloud, data, AI, and automation technologies.\nExperience with lending, finance architecture, enterprise data, risk and controls, target operating models, or process redesign.\nFamiliarity with OKRs, KPIs, business cases, implementation roadmaps, and performance-management frameworks.\nDetermining compensation for this role (and others) at Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
