You will work closely with executive stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable financial and operating models, ensuring insight, accountability, and sustainable value creation. \nKey responsibilities include: \nFinancial Planning, Performance & Profitability \nLead FP&A and corporate planning initiatives, including stress testing and capital planning, long-range planning, annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and scenario modeling tailored to insurance and/or banking businesses \nDevelop and oversee product, customer, and business-line profitability analysis, including margin drivers, pricing impacts, and capital considerations \nDrive transparency into corporate overhead and shared services costs, ensuring expenses are appropriately allocated to the right products, functions, and business lines \nSupport executive decision-making through clear, insight-driven financial narratives and dashboards \nData, Integration & Performance Enablement \nPartner with finance, technology, and data teams to improve data mapping, integrations, and financial data flows across source systems \nTranslate business and finance requirements into scalable performance management and business solutions \nEnsure consistency of definitions, metrics, and hierarchies across planning, reporting, and analytics \nSupport post-merger or transformation environments where financial integration and performance alignment are critical \nTarget Operating Model (TOM) Leadership \nLead or support Target Operating Model design and implementation for finance and performance management functions \nAssess current-state capabilities across people, process, technology, governance, and data \nDefine future-state operating models aligned to strategy, scale, and regulatory expectations \nDrive execution through detailed roadmaps, change management, and stakeholder engagement \nLeadership & Client / Stakeholder Engagement \nServe as a trusted advisor to senior executives and finance leadership, including CFO organizations \nFacilitate executive and working sessions, translating complex topics into clear, actionable outcomes \nLead and mentor project teams, providing coaching, quality oversight, and performance feedback \nContribute to business development through solution design, proposal development, and thought leadership \n Your Experience \nMinimum Qualifications \nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline \n10+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, corporate planning, or finance transformation with at least 2 years of client-facing experience in a professional services organization \nDeep industry experience in Insurance and/or Banking, with a strong understanding of industry economics, products, and regulatory environments \nDemonstrated expertise in: \nFP&A and enterprise planning \nProduct and business-line profitability \nExpense management and cost allocation \nPerformance management frameworks and KPIs \nHands-on experience supporting or leading Target Operating Model transformations \nStrong ability to bridge business, finance, and data/technology teams \nPreferred Qualifications \nMBA or advanced degree in a relevant field \nExperience in professional services or internal transformation roles within large financial institutions \nFamiliarity with FP&A, EPM, or performance management platforms \nProven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives \nStrong executive presence with excellent communication and storytelling skills \nDetermining compensation for this role (and others) at Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
