This role will focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT), quality assurance, defect management, business readiness, training development, deployment support, and post-implementation stabilization.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with Product Owners, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), business stakeholders, and project teams to validate system functionality, ensure requirements are met, and support successful user adoption.\nThe role will also leverage approved AI and Generative AI tools to improve testing efficiency, documentation, training development, knowledge transfer, and quality assurance while ensuring appropriate human review, privacy, security, and governance.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, maintain, and execute test scenarios, test scripts, and test cases based on business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\n\nPerform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), functional testing, regression testing, enhancement testing, end-to-end testing, and retesting.\n\nIdentify, document, track, prioritize, and validate defects through resolution.\n\nMaintain testing documentation, execution records, traceability, test results, and status reporting.\n\nSupport integration testing, data migration validation, and business process validation.\n\nParticipate in sprint and release testing, including test planning, defect triage, smoke testing, deployment validation, and post-deployment verification.\n\nMonitor testing progress and communicate risks, issues, dependencies, blockers, and testing outcomes to project stakeholders.\n\nWork with Product Owners, SMEs, and business stakeholders to validate business and technical requirements.\n\nDevelop and maintain user guides, quick reference guides, job aids, training presentations, process documentation, knowledge articles, and FAQs.\n\nPrepare training scenarios, demonstrations, training datasets, and other user adoption materials.\n\nSupport or facilitate training sessions, user walkthroughs, demonstrations, and knowledge transfer activities.\n\nSupport business readiness, go-live, transition-to-operations, and post-implementation stabilization activities.\n\nIdentify opportunities to use AI and Generative AI tools to improve test case development, test coverage, defect analysis, reporting, documentation, training, and knowledge management.\n\nReview and validate AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, completeness, relevance, accessibility, and alignment with approved requirements.\n\nEnsure testing and AI-assisted activities comply with applicable privacy, security, accessibility, quality assurance, and governance standards.\n\nRequirements\nDemonstrated experience as a Testing Analyst, QA Analyst, UAT Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.\n\nStrong hands-on experience developing and executing test cases, test scripts, test scenarios, and UAT activities.\n\nExperience with functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, enhancement, and release testing.\n\nStrong experience with defect identification, documentation, tracking, triage, and resolution validation.\n\nExperience working with user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria.\n\nExperience working within Agile/Scrum or sprint-based delivery environments.\n\nExperience with ServiceNow or similar work management/testing platforms is an asset.\n\nExperience developing training materials, user documentation, job aids, FAQs, and knowledge articles.\n\nExperience supporting business readiness, deployment, go-live, and post-implementation activities.\n\nFamiliarity with AI and Generative AI tools and their application to testing, documentation, analysis, and training development.\n\nUnderstanding of responsible AI practices, including the importance of human validation of AI-generated outputs.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively with technical teams, Product Owners, SMEs, and business stakeholders.\n\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple testing and
