procedures\nMaintain accurate employee records and HR documentation throughout the employment lifecycle\nProvide HR support to managers on employee performance, workplace policies and procedures, and employee relations matters\nEnsure compliance with applicable employment legislation, workplace policies, and procedures\nManage recruitment and hiring processes, including job description development, candidate screening, selection, and onboarding\nDevelop and implement effective talent management and succession planning practices\nFoster positive employee relationships and promote a respectful and healthy workplace culture\nCollaborate with management to develop HR strategies that address current and future needs\nSupport the administration of employee compensation, benefits, and leave programs\nSupport Occupational Health and Safety Committee meetings and related initiatives\nRequirements\nWhat You Bring:\nDiploma or Certificate in Business Administration or Human Resource Management, with a CPHR designation considered an asset \n2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity with exposure to recruitment and employee relations\nExperience providing HR guidance and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, and workplace matters\nWorking knowledge of applicable employment legislation and a commitment to staying current with legislative changes, HR best practices, training, and professional development\nProficiency in MS Office 365 and the ability to learn and adapt to new technology\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including leading meetings and delivering presentations\nStrong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated commitment to maintaining positive working relationships with staff,
