subordinates on a regular basis.\nContribute in an effective and efficient manner to the recruitment and development of UAE Nationals.\nSupport with the realization of Organizational Resilience by promoting and communicating the resilience practices and procedures; Guide and assist to build approaches to identify and cultivate high quality organizational resilience leaders, individual contributors, and teams.\nWorkload\nFull-time faculty shall complete a minimum of thirty-six and half (36.5) working hours per week. The workdays in a week are normally Monday to Friday with a few system-wide assignments on Saturdays (e.g. FWA exams/MOE exams).\nGenerally, the workload for faculty is 15 credit hours for the Fall semester, 15 credit hours for the Spring semester\nStandards of Professional and Cultural Norms\nAll Faculty and administrators should be aware of the HCT Teaching and Learning philosophy.\nStudent learning outcomes must align with accrediting agency standards, where applicable.\nFaculty are responsible for explaining and ensuring that students understand the HCT definition of academic dishonesty and the types of behavior that will be considered academic misconduct.\nFaculty must be certain that the students understand the disciplinary measures and consequences of academic misbehavior.\nFaculty must ensure that the teaching/learning environment is sensitive to the cultural heritage of HCT students.\nFaculty must recognize that students are the very embodiment of the HCT's institutional mission.\nQualifications\nA Ph.D. in a relevant discipline is required where applicable.\nOr Master's Degree and a professional certification relevant to the discipline with 5 years of teaching and industry experience.\nOr Bachelor's Degree may also be considered for candidates with extensive industry experience and industry certification as per the discipline requirement.\nAppropriate academic professional qualifications as required.\nExperience\nA minimum of 3 years teaching experience in the relevant discipline.\nA minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience is preferred.\nExperience in developing course curriculum as per accreditation and international standards.\nExperience incorporating Educational Technology in curriculum and instructional
