This service must meet/exceed our AAA Four Diamond standards.\nWe are looking for open availability, weekends and holidays included\n The morning shift can start as early as 5:30 AM\nResponsibilities\nEnsure high levels of guest satisfaction utilizing the G.U.E.S.T. standards.\nProvide guests with courteous, friendly and efficient service.\nAnswer phones using appropriate verbiage.\nSet up room service order in a thorough and swift manner.\nPromptly deliver food and beverage items to guest rooms and/or pool deck.\nProvide thorough and exceptional service to guests. No drop and fly service\nSet up and deliver all amenities in a timely manner.\nAssisting Restaurant Service staff as needed.\nExplain all menu items; upsell as warranted.\nExecute all financial transactions.\nSidework - 10%\nStocking and polishing items needed for service.
