clear, curiosity-driven visual hooks\nCollaborate closely with video editors and content strategists\nMaintain brand consistency while adapting to different creator styles\nProduce thumbnails at volume without sacrificing quality or intent\nIterate based on feedback and performance insights\nWhat We're Looking For\nStrong portfolio showcasing thumbnail design work (required)\nClear
