Water as nature intended. Spring water sourced directly from 2,500 acres of rugged Scottish land in the Ochil Hills.

At Highland Spring Group, we're proud to be the UK's leading producer of natural source water. As we continue to grow, we're investing in our people and processes to ensure we're well positioned for the future.

We're now looking for an experienced Demand Manager to join our Supply Chain team at our Ochils site in Blackford.

Reporting to our Group Supply Chain Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how we plan and forecast customer demand across the business.

Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain, you'll be responsible for ensuring we have an accurate, reliable view of future demand, helping us make informed decisions around production, capacity, inventory and customer service.

What you'll be doing

  • Taking ownership of our demand planning and forecasting process across customers, products and sales channels.
  • Working closely with our commercial teams to understand customer requirements, promotional activity, market trends and future growth plans.
  • Leading the demand review as part of our monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, bringing together insight from across the business to agree a clear demand forecast.
  • Monitoring forecast accuracy and identifying opportunities to improve the quality and reliability of our planning.
  • Providing insight into demand trends, potential risks and opportunities, ensuring these are understood and reflected in wider supply chain decisions.
  • Supporting new product launches, changes in customer demand and longer-term business planning through analysis and scenario modelling.
  • Reviewing and improving our planning systems, reporting and ways of working to support a more effective and consistent approach to demand planning.

What we're looking for

You'll have experience in demand planning or forecasting, ideally within FMCG or a manufacturing environment, and understand the importance of getting demand planning right in a fast-moving business.

We're particularly interested in hearing from candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Experience developing and managing demand forecasts, with a good understanding of S&OP processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work confidently with complex data to identify trends and provide meaningful insight.
  • Knowledge of statistical forecasting techniques, forecast accuracy and bias.
  • Experience using demand planning systems and reporting tools.
  • A good understanding of the commercial factors that influence customer demand, including promotions, product launches and market activity.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and influence decisions across the business.

You'll be organised, commercially aware and comfortable taking ownership of your work. We're looking for someone who can build relationships across different teams, bring people together around a shared plan and identify practical opportunities to improve how we operate.

Join Highland Spring Group

Our values are at the heart of how we work: We're a Team. We're Proud. We Care.

We're proud of our people, our products and the environment from which our natural source water comes.

This is an opportunity to join a growing business and make a meaningful contribution to how we plan, operate and deliver for our customers.

If this sounds like the right next step for you, we'd welcome your application.
