You have spent 7+ years designing complex digital products, ideally including SaaS, B2B, platform, workflow-heavy or similarly sophisticated product experiences, and are ready to shape product direction, design standards and team culture across one or more product pillars.\nAs a lead individual contributor, you will partner deeply with product and engineering leaders, mentor other designers and help teams define and improve strategically important product experiences across the HighLevel platform. You will connect customer needs, business goals, technical constraints and long-term product strategy to clear, useful and highly polished product design.\nWe expect candidates at this level to demonstrate an extraordinarily high bar for design craft and visual sophistication, and to raise that bar for the teams around them.
