As a rapidly growing $45M SaaS company, we are seeking a dynamic Accounting Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead and oversee the daily operations of our accounting department, ensuring financial integrity, managing monthly closes, and driving process efficiencies across our financial platforms. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited to shape the financial operations of an expanding SaaS leader, we would love to hear from you!\nThe Exciting Part\nReview revenue on a monthly basis for accuracy and research any discrepancies\n\nManage expense platform, TripActions, which includes issuing virtual cards when necessary, approving employee expense reports, keeping platform up to date with changes in NetSuite, and transferring all related expenses from TripActions to NetSuite.\n\nHandle month end close and ensure all reconciliations are accurate and complete. Prepare financial statements at month end with notes for Finance team review.\n\nOversee staff accountant, including training, approving and reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and accounts payable submissions.\n\nGather support for annual audit and answer inquiries from auditors. Prepare year end annual financial statements for auditor review.\n\nEnsure smooth transfer to new software when needed to streamline processes.\n\nThe Expected Part\nAids in tax compliance and compiling information for outside tax accountants.\n\nPull together ad hoc reports for FP&A and other Neon One teams when necessary\n\nFile 1099’s annually\n\nGreat to Haves\n6+ years of relevant accounting experience\n\nBachelor’s degree\n\nProficiency with Excel and NetSuite with ability to quickly adapt to new software\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to prioritize when working on a variety of projects.\n\nExcellent critical thinking skills and enjoy troubleshooting\n\nWhy Join Neon One?\nAt Neon One, our values are how we show up every day.
