The role does not require day-to-day hands-on test execution.\nESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES\nStrategy and oversight: Lead data testing strategy, planning, estimation, execution oversight, quality metrics, and reporting.\nData validation: Oversee SQL and database validation, data integration, ETL, migration, and end-to-end data-flow testing.\nTest data and tools: Guide test data management and apply experience with test automation and data-validation tools.\nHealthcare expertise: Understand claims, membership, provider, and care management data.\nRisk and bug: Lead risk identification, mitigation, defect management, and root cause analysis.\nDelivery leadership: Drive quality across the SDLC, Agile delivery, and release readiness.\nStakeholder leadership: Build client relationships, lead cross-functional collaboration, and communicate quality status and business impacts to executives.\nEXPERIENCE\nRequired\n3 Years of proven ability to manage projects, timelines, and resources effectively\n3 Years of demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and meet client expectations\n3 Years of experience leading and mentoring small teams through all phases of the SDLC; ability to coach and develop QA testers and Associate Quality Leads\nPreferred\nLeadership experience in large healthcare transformation, data migration, MDM, data warehouse, or integration programs\nHealthcare data-domain knowledge across claims, membership, provider, and care management\nExperience with Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar data platforms\nExperience with test automation, data-validation tools, API testing, and JSON, XML, or file validation\nFamiliarity with monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as Splunk or Dynatrace\nStrong understanding of end-to-end healthcare business processes and regulatory quality expectations\nSKILLS\nThe ideal candidate is an experienced Quality Lead who can set data-testing strategy, oversee validation across complex data flows and platforms, and lead delivery across healthcare transformation programs.
