This role requires deep expertise in z/OS, DB2, IMS, CICS, MQ, and related technologies, and will involve leading complex projects, troubleshooting critical issues, and mentoring junior engineers. The successful candidate will drive platform improvements, ensure high availability and performance, and champion best practices within a geographically dispersed data center environment. Experience with automation (IBM Systems Automation), diagnostic tools, and disaster recovery planning is essential.
