Full-Time\n\nHighr Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced Site Managers and Construction Managers for exciting opportunities on major building and infrastructure projects in Rwanda, Africa.\n\n These positions offer an excellent opportunity for experienced construction professionals looking to develop their international careers while contributing to the successful delivery of large-scale projects.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOversee the day-to-day management and coordination of construction activities.\nManage building and infrastructure works to ensure successful project delivery.\nCoordinate subcontractors, site engineers and construction teams.\nEnsure all works are completed to the required quality, safety and environmental standards.\nMonitor construction programmes, budgets and project milestones.\nLiaise with clients, consultants and other project stakeholders.\nIdentify and resolve technical and operational challenges.\nProvide regular progress reports to senior management.\n\nCandidate Requirements\n\nDegree or relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.\nStrong experience in Site Management or Construction Management.\nProven track record delivering building, civil engineering or infrastructure projects.\nExcellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.\nStrong understanding of construction methodologies, programming and health and safety.\nPrevious international or African project experience would be advantageous but is not essential.\nWillingness to relocate to Rwanda.\nSalary & OpportunityUS$6,500 per month gross.\nOpportunity to work on significant international building and infrastructure projects.\nInternational career development and
