Operating as a strategic individual contributor, you will consult directly with business leaders to translate strategic priorities into impactful leadership interventions, behavioral framework adoption, and measurable culture initiatives. \nKey Responsibilities \n Leadership Development Architecture: Design and execute scalable development programs for new, mid-level, and senior leaders (e.g., manager enablement, coaching models, executive communication). \nCulture & Values Embedding: Drive culture-building initiatives and behavior frameworks across the employee lifecycle to align daily performance with core leadership principles \nNeeds Assessment & Stakeholder Partnership: Partner directly with business leaders and HRBPs to identify learning needs and prioritize high-impact interventions\n Creating Learning Content and Experiences: Design comprehensive learning journeys (e-learning, workshops, blended solutions) that are engaging and applicable to real-world scenarios\n Developing Assessment Tools: Create robust assessment tools (quizzes, tests, simulations) to measure learning outcomes\nHigh-Impact Facilitation: Lead interactive workshops, executive roundtables, and
