Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads).\nConduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.\nManage campaign structures, bidding strategies, ad copy testing, and budget allocation.\nMonitor key performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, CPA, ROAS, and Impression Share.\nAnalyze search term reports and implement positive and negative keyword strategies.\nDevelop and execute A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and bidding approaches.\nCollaborate with content, design, SEO, and marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness.\nGenerate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.\nLearn, track, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using tools such as Google Analytics 4 and platform conversion tracking.\nStay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid search.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.\n3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns.\nStrong expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, keyword research, and bid management(Applicable only if the person is from Digital Marketing)\nExperience with Google Analytics and reporting tools.\nStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.\nAbility to interpret performance data and translate findings into optimization actions.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Marketing Communications, Ad Copy, Content, and Landing Page design \nFamiliarity with attribution models and conversion tracking.\nExperience with CRM integrations and lead management platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.\nGoogle Ads and Google Analytics certifications(Applicable only if the person is from Digital Marketing)\nExperience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or Enterprise Marketing
