\nPortfolio Growth (Farming)\n Manage and grow a client book \n Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide market insights \n Increase AUM, share of wallet, and revenue \n Cross-sell investment solutions aligned to client needs \nClient Experience & Stakeholder Management\n Act as the primary point of contact for clients \n Collaborate with CIO, advisory, and operations teams \n Ensure high service standards and timely issue resolution \nRisk & Compliance\n Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policies \n Maintain proper documentation and suitability standards \n Uphold high ethical and professional standards \nRequirements\n 5-8+ years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Priority Banking, or EAM \n Proven track record in AUM growth, NNM generation, and revenue delivery \n Strong understanding of capital markets and investment products \n Experience managing HNW / UHNW client relationships \n Comfortable working in a digital-first environment \n Strong communication, advisory, and stakeholder management
