The real bet is a self-improving agentic layer that runs the revenue side of a business.\nEvery conversation a prospect has with the agent is logged, measured, and fed back into the product. Five prospects tell Hobbes they want to buy but need Hubspot integrated as a non-starter? Hobbes creates the PR autonomously and updates those prospects that it's ready to go-live.\nWe have secured $6M in funding and have tripled since February, mostly on inbound. One customer 2x'd their revenue within 8 weeks of deploying Hobbes. Another closed a deal within 2-hours of Hobbes going live on their site.\nDemos are where we start. Our vision is the future of autonomous sales and self-improving products, with agent-to-agent sales, world models, and self-improving product feedback loops all in the works.\nAbout the Role\nYou’ll join Hobbes as our third engineer on a team of five, working directly with co-founders Arjun (CTO) and Chirag (CEO). Together, you’ll build the systems that take our autonomous product expert from product demos to full sales conversations. That means real-time voice, UI that adapts to each buyer, custom LLM orchestration, and evaluation loops that make the agent better over time. The roadmap is still taking shape, and you’ll help write it.\nWhat you'll build\nThe agent. LLM orchestration, conversation flow, tool use, voice.\n\nGenerative UI that adapts in real time to what the prospect cares about.\n\nThe eval loop. Demos get smarter without manual intervention.\n\nThe platform customers use to configure, review, and tune their agent.\n\nAnd yes: CSS, migration scripts, customer debugging. Early-stage means all of it.\n\nWhat we're looking for\nYou've shipped LLM systems to production and can talk about what broke and what you did about it.\n\nYou move fast without creating hidden problems. You've also killed features that weren't working.\n\nYou take ownership without being asked.\n\nYou communicate clearly and listen closely.
