You'll become a trusted partner to employees and leaders, supporting a broad HR agenda that spans operations, analytics, learning initiatives and people projects. This role offers the chance to shape and improve processes rather than simply maintain them, making it ideal for someone who enjoys creating solutions and driving positive change.\nYour Role\nSupporting payroll-related activities and HR administration processes.\n\nManaging employee records, contracts and HR systems.\n\nActing as a first point of contact for employee HR queries.\n\nSupporting r onboarding activities.\n\nAssisting with performance management processes.\n\nProducing HR analytics and people insights.\n\nSupporting learning and development initiatives and training programmes.\n\nContributing to People & Culture projects and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nThe Skills You Will Bring\nEssential\nExperience working within HR Generalist, HR Operations or People & Culture functions.\n\n3-5+ years of relevant HR experience or demonstrable equivalent capability.\n\nExperience in either HR Analytics/Compensation or Learning & Development/Training.\n\nStrong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.\n\nFluent Portuguese and a good command of English.\n\nDesirable\nSkills gap analysis experience.\n\nTraining facilitation or workshop delivery.\n\nExposure to HR systems and workforce reporting.\n\nExperience supporting organisational development initiatives.\n\nWorking pattern / location\nThis role is based in Lisbon and follows a hybrid working model: 4 days in the office and 1 from home.
