platform.\nThe Role\nThis isn't about building AI prototypes that never make it into production.\nIt's about designing, developing and deploying real-world AI solutions that solve complex challenges in financial services.\nYou'll work at the intersection of Machine Learning, NLP, Large Language Models and AI Agents, helping transform large volumes of structured and unstructured business information into actionable intelligence.\nYou'll join a collaborative engineering environment where technical ownership, experimentation and pragmatic problem-solving are encouraged.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nDesign, develop and deploy machine learning and AI solutions to support business verification, risk assessment and compliance workflows.\n\nBuild LLM-powered applications and AI agents to automate complex information processing and decision-making.\n\nDevelop NLP pipelines to extract, classify and structure information from multiple data sources.\n\nWork with large-scale datasets to identify patterns, relationships and relevant business insights.\n\nDevelop and optimise machine learning pipelines, from experimentation through production deployment.\n\nEvaluate and improve model performance, accuracy, reliability, latency and cost.\n\nCollaborate with backend engineers and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into scalable applications.\n\nContribute to architectural discussions, technical decisions and engineering best practices.\n\nExplore emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to apply them to real business challenges.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nStrong professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering, Applied AI or a related field.\n\nExcellent programming skills in Python.\n\nHands-on experience with NLP and Large Language Models (LLMs).\n\nExperience developing and deploying machine learning or AI-powered applications in production.\n\nFamiliarity with AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings or semantic search.\n\nStrong software engineering fundamentals and an understanding of scalable system design.\n\nExperience working with cloud infrastructure and modern development practices.\n\nAbility to approach complex problems independently and translate technical solutions into business value.\n\nStrong communication skills and fluency in English.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks.\n\nKnowledge of vector databases and information retrieval techniques.\n\nExperience with LLM evaluation, fine-tuning or model optimisation.\n\nFamiliarity with MLOps, monitoring and model deployment.\n\nExperience with entity resolution, knowledge graphs or large-scale data processing.\n\nPrevious experience in fintech, financial services, compliance or
