Their expertise and experience play a key role in shaping the company’s capabilities and ongoing evolution.\nRole Overview\nAs a Sourcing Buyer, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement processes, developing and maintaining a robust supplier network, and leading strategic sourcing initiatives. You will negotiate framework agreements, mitigate supply chain risks, and drive cost optimization while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.\nWorking closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will ensure the timely supply of materials and equipment required to support business operations and strategic projects.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead sourcing and procurement activities across multiple categories, managing supplier selection, qualification, negotiation, and performance;\n\nNegotiate pricing agreements, delivery terms, service level agreements (SLAs), and framework contracts to ensure competitive and sustainable supply solutions;\n\nDevelop and implement sourcing strategies focused on cost optimization, supply continuity, quality improvement, and risk mitigation;\n\nMonitor market trends, supplier performance, and industry developments to identify opportunities and anticipate potential supply chain risks;\n\nManage procurement processes within SAP while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procurement standards;\n\nCollaborate closely with Production, Logistics, Product Management, Project Management, and Finance teams to ensure materials and equipment are delivered according to business requirements and timelines.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\n5-10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management roles, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment;\n\nProven track record in supplier management, strategic sourcing, and commercial negotiations;\n\nStrong understanding of procurement best practices, contract management, and category management principles;\n\nExperience applying Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) methodologies and analyzing supplier cost structures;\n\nSolid knowledge of Incoterms and international trade practices;\n\nStrong understanding of supply chain risk management and contingency planning;\n\nExperience working in cross-functional environments and managing multiple stakeholder relationships;\n\nAdvanced knowledge of SAP ERP, particularly MM and SD modules;\n\nAdvanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and macros;\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications;\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities;\n\nFluent English (mandatory).\n\nNice-to-Haves\nExperience developing commodity and category management strategies;\n\nKnowledge of Lean, Agile, or continuous improvement methodologies;\n\nExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence and reporting tools;\n\nAdditional language
