岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、深入了解业务场景，明确业务需求;

2、在既定的产品规划基础上负责服装系统的产品具体设计工作，产出原型与产品文档;

3、与开发团队衔接，协助开发团队理解和掌握需求，参与概要设计评审;

4、与测试团队衔接，协助把控测试用例与产品方案的契合度，参与测试用例评审;

5、调研实际企业与关键用户，分析竞品，对产品和业务发展给出自己的意见。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、大专以上学历，5年以上ToB产品的工作经验,有PLM、EPR、SCM、AIGC等经验优先

2、良好的文档能力，具备完善的产品方案设计技能，包含原型绘制、PRD撰写等;

3、具备产品落地能力，具备从需求评审到产品上线验收的全过程经验;

3、虚心学习，善于总结，善于沟通，具备优秀的协调能力，乐观开朗，不惧挫折;

4、有不错的驱动力。可以自我驱动，也有在项目管理体系的帮助下，驱动项目团队的能力
