岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、负责电商平台、服装供应链系统分析、专项分析报告; 能快速了解行业，深入分析行业生态;

2、通过业务系统各类数据指标，包括但不限于用户行为、订单、商品、供应链数据等，进行深度分析，挖掘业务问题和路径机会，辅助产品决策;

3、负责数据质量管理，联动数据开发优化数据仓库，保障业务数据在采集解阶段的质量和效率;

4、负责搭建事业部级别的数据中台，包括但不局限于底层/应用层/分析层的产品设计、用户画像等，为产品方向、增长策略提供数据服务支持。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、3年以上数据分析相关工作经验; 理工类相关专业，统计、数学、计算机或相关专业，统招本科及以上学历优先;

2、熟悉常用的数据分析方法，熟练使用Excel、数据BI工具、SQL等数据查询语言进行数据分析;

3、具备较强的逻辑思维能力，并能够清晰的表达观点; 具备丰富的平台产品或互联网产品的数据分析经验者为佳;

4、对平台产品设计、数据开发、数据质量有一定的认识，具有较丰富的数据仓库数据建模、数据管理、数据中台建设等项目实践经验者为佳。
