岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1、全日制本科学历及以上优先，8年以上JAVA开发经验，熟悉分布书系统的设计和应用。熟悉分布式、数据库、缓存、消息等机制，能对分布式常用的技术进行合理应用，具备实际架构经验;
2、扎实的计算机专业基础，对常用数据结构有深刻的理解和优秀的编码能力、算法设计能力和良好的开发习惯;
3、熟悉spring boot、spring cloud框架机制和实现原理，具有基于spring框架的大型分布式系统架构设计研发经验;
4、具有高并发、高可用、高性能的分布式后端系统设计和开发经验，有SAAS项目背景优先，;
5、优秀的系统分析和问题解决能力，能够攻克复杂的系统难题;
6、具备业务需求、流程和模式的梳理能力，能把握核心问题，并进行梳理、归纳和抽象;
7、具备强烈的责任心，思路清晰，较强的学习能力和解决问题的能力; 良好的需求归纳分析和文档编写能力。
任职要求 / Requirements
1、作为团队核心开发，参与团队项目的设计研发工作，包括但不限于各种产品需求讨论、技术方案确定、技术研发及产品上线;
2、对现有系统的进行分析，持续优化系统架构，提高系统在高并发、大流量下的容灾容错能力，保证系统的高可用性;
3、营造技术学习氛围，带领团队不断完善开发方法及流程，提升开发效率与质量，加强技术标准和规范;
4、参与code review任务，确保相关代码的有效性和正确性;
