In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, designing scalable, innovative Salesforce solutions that leverage OmniStudio and the broader Salesforce platform. You will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, developers, and delivery teams to translate complex business requirements into thoughtful technical architectures. The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce expertise with strong consulting skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nThis is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering transformational Salesforce solutions while helping shape best practices across our Salesforce Practice.\nWhat You'll Do\n\nLead the architecture and design of complex Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio and Salesforce platform capabilities.\n\nDesign and implement solutions using OmniStudio tools, including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and related technologies.\n\nTranslate business requirements into scalable, secure, high-performing technical architectures.\n\nServe as a technical leader and trusted advisor for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.\n\nCollaborate with business analysts, Salesforce developers, project managers, and client stakeholders to define solution strategies.\n\nConduct technical discovery sessions and participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and architecture reviews.\n\nDevelop solution architecture documentation, technical specifications, integration designs, and implementation standards.\n\nDesign integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and Salesforce integration technologies.\n\nEnsure solutions follow Salesforce best practices for scalability, security, performance, maintainability, and data integrity.\n\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and consultants.\n\nReview proposed solutions and code to ensure alignment with architectural standards and business requirements.\n\nIdentify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nStay current with Salesforce platform innovations, OmniStudio capabilities, and emerging Salesforce technologies.\n\nContribute to internal Salesforce methodologies, reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices.\n\nSupport pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, technical discovery, estimates, proposals, and client presentations when needed.\n\nRequirements\n7+ years of Salesforce experience, with significant experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio.\n\nDemonstrated expertise with:\n\nOmniScripts\n\nFlexCards\n\nDataRaptors\n\nIntegration Procedures\n\nSalesforce Data Cloud and/or Industry Cloud technologies\n\nSalesforce APIs and integrations\n\nStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, automation, and integration patterns.\n\nExperience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions and working across complex technical environments.\n\nExperience with Salesforce Industries/Industry Cloud is highly preferred.\n\nStrong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.\n\nAbility to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions.\n\nExcellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.\n\nExperience leading technical teams and mentoring Salesforce professionals.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.\n\nSalesforce Certifications\nOne or more of the following certifications is strongly preferred:\nSalesforce Certified Technical Architect\n\nSalesforce Certified Application Architect\n\nSalesforce Certified System Architect\n\nSalesforce Certified B2B Solution Architect\n\nSalesforce Certified Industries-related credentials\n\nSalesforce OmniStudio-related credentials\n\nThe salary range for this position is: $150-$185k+/annually. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. This range is exclusive of any bonuses or commissions.
