Through our global footprint of 30+ manufacturing plants, 8+ R&D centers, and 9,000+ empowered employees, we are committed to making high-quality medicines accessible to the people who need them.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITES\nDevelop, maintain, and distribute recurring reports and dashboards covering Procurement, Purchasing, Planning, inventory, supplier performance, and material availability.\nMonitor spend, purchase price variance, cost savings, supplier performance, purchase order activity, PR/PO compliance, lead times, and other Procurement metrics to identify trends and opportunities.\nMonitor planning accuracy, material availability, MRP performance, planned order and process order activity, shortages, schedule adherence, rescheduling, and other Planning metrics to identify risks and improvement opportunities.\nAnalyze data to identify trends, root causes, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities, translating findings into clear recommendations for Procurement, Planning, Supply Chain, and site leadership.\nEnsure data used for Supply Chain reporting is accurate, consistent, timely, and aligned across SAP and other systems; investigate discrepancies and work with functional teams to correct data issues.\nProvide data analysis and scenario modeling to support purchasing decisions, supplier strategy, inventory management, capacity planning, and broader Supply Chain initiatives.\nPrepare Procurement and Planning performance summaries, management reports, presentations, and analysis for Supply Chain leadership and site leadership meetings.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nMinimum: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Finance, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field preferred. MBA Preferred.\nEXPERIENCE\nMinimum: 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Operations, or a related analytical role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.\nSKILLS\nStrong experience with data analysis, KPI development, reporting, and dashboard creation.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, data modeling, and data visualization; experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools preferred.\nExperience working with SAP or other ERP systems, with the ability to extract, analyze, and validate system data.\nStrong understanding of Procurement, MRP, material planning, inventory management, and supply chain processes.\nAbility to develop and maintain standardized reports and metrics across multiple functional areas.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, investigate root causes, and develop actionable recommendations.\nExcellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and concise information for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.\nExperience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or other highly regulated manufacturing environment preferred.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, meet recurring reporting requirements, and work independently with minimal supervision.\nMust work well as a member of a team. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate well-written and oral.\nCompensation:\nSalary: $65,000 to $75, 000 - The compensation for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, work location, prior experience and job-related knowledge, relevant skills and expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
