be part of a team that cares about impact, this is the place for you.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead technology transfer activities from R&D to manufacturing.\nOversee process optimization and scale-up activities.\nPlan and manage development projects, timelines, resources, and budgets.\nWork closely with R&D, PMO, Quality Assurance, Production, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain.\nLead, coach, and develop a team of formulation development professionals.\nEnsure accurate documentation and compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.\nQualifications:\nWe are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:\nDegree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.\n5 to 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or industrial development.\nExperience in technology transfer, process scale-up, and cross-functional project management.\nStrong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.\nGood communication, analytical, and leadership skills.\nFluent in English and
