About the job
We’re hiring a Growth & Operations Coordinator to support one of our U.S.-based clients: a major American technology company and a national leader in its industry across North America.
You’ll work closely with the Director of City Networks and Regional Sales Managers to support recruiting, onboarding, sales opportunities, and day-to-day operations across multiple markets.
This role is ideal for someone who is sharp, organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate recruiting, candidate screening, interviews, and follow-ups
Support onboarding and help new team members get fully activated
Keep recruiting, onboarding, and sales pipelines organized
Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to keep priorities and follow-ups moving
Handle qualified inbound opportunities, including introductory calls and product demos
Track deadlines, action items, and key updates
Help prepare weekly reports and performance insights
Improve internal processes and help the department scale
What We’re Looking For
Perfect spoken and written English
Highly organized, proactive, and dependable
Strong communication and follow-through
Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
Experience in project coordination, operations, account coordination, or a similar role
Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus
