Purpose of the Role The Manager, Credit & Accounts Receivable is responsible for leading the company's Credit and Accounts Receivable functions, with overall accountability for customer credit risk management, timely collection of receivables, credit policy administration, dispute resolution, and AR reporting. This role will lead and develop the Credit and AR teams while partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and other cross-functional stakeholders. The Manager will balance supporting commercial growth and customer relationships with appropriate management of credit exposure, working capital, and collection risk.
