Become a machine maker, set your impulses and start your career with us.\nJob Purpose\nThe position acts as an important project and process liaison between global teams and regional stakeholders (USA).\nMain responsibilities for this position are:\nConsulting and requirements engineering with and for key stakeholders within USA & North America.\nProject Management, consulting and development for global Data & Analytics projects with focus on North America\nClose collaboration with global ERP members and partial support for ERP projects\nTranslation of processes, governance and requirements between global Competence Center Data & Analytics and North America business members\nDevelopment, Consulting and supporting projects within the global GCC Data & Analytics\nAlign regional requirements with global strategy\nThe position must be responsible and empowered to translate and ensure project governance and guidelines into North America (NA) SBU. Position will gather requirements and perform active stakeholder management within the SBU NA and also supporting global projects.\nPosition will be part of the Global Competence Center (GCC) and report directly into Team Leader of Data & Analytics.\nOverall, the role is not purely technical but a key business-facing position, requiring strong regional presence to ensure adoption, governance, and long-term success\nResponsibilities\nConsulting: Consulting within projects and translation from business processes and expectations into clear IT as well as Data & Analytics requirement.\nBusiness Process Optimization: Collaborate closely with several business stakeholders in various departments to optimize processes, enhance efficiency of data & reporting solutions.\nStandardization: Ensure Data & Analytics standardization of reporting solutions, data platforms and governance within the KOKI group with a special focus on SBU North America\nCustomer focus: Focus and understanding of our internal customers and their processes is a key competence\nImplementation and Optimization: Active development support within KOKI’s data and reporting solution. Discover potential, and ongoing improvement of the solutions and tools for Data & Analytics across all business units.\nProject Management: Target orientated project management of various local and global Data & Analytics projects, following KOKI IT project management guidelines and IT strategy\n Collaboration with stakeholders: Close collaboration and engagement with business stakeholders to understand business requirements.\nStrong and close collaboration is needed with the GCC ERP\nEnables effective consulting, training, and adoption of modern technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Power BI, AI) within the regional business community\nEnsures compliance with US-specific data privacy regulations and effective integration of local and external data sources\nActs as a key resource partner for local business analysts, combining deep understanding of regional requirements with detailed knowledge of the global data platform and its available data assets\nProvides deep understanding of local business processes and ensures they are properly reflected in global data models and solutions\nProvides direct and timely hands-on support for local applications and business process needs.\nStrengthens the global “follow-the-sun” support model across Japan, India (GCC), Europe, and North America\nAligns with the global Data & Analytics strategy to standardize reporting, improve governance, and transition from local to global solutions\nPosition Requirements/Qualification\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Business Informatics or a related field.\nExperience: At least 5 years of experience in the area of Data & Analytics\nTechnical Expertise:In-depth knowledge of reporting and data systems, with modern data platforms, especially Snowflake and reporting solutions like Power BI. Also, well versed in SQL / Data Modeling.\nProven experience in extraction, transformation, harmonization and loading of data from various source systems into Data Lakehouse solutions.\nExperience in data modelling and cloud data architecture like medallion concepts. Expert in the evaluation and recommendation of technical solutions. Prior experience in consulting or ERP analytics is a plus.\nDeep understanding of programming languages like Python combined with an AI driven mindset\n\nProject Management Expertise: Experienced in Project Management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid).
