Under general supervision, is responsible for preparing and/or maintaining systems, programming, and operations documentation, procedures, and methods. Provides or coordinates special documentation services as required.\nMinimum Experience:\nSeven (7) years of relevant experience.\nMust have experience with the following programs: MS Suite, Word, Excel, Access, Project Management, PowerPoint.\nExperience in working with the DOW Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA).\nExperience in Agile Methodologies.\nRemote Work Environment:\nThis position is performed in a 100% remote, collaborative environment supporting government development activities. The employee will work closely with Task Order Project Manager, Requirements Analysts, Scrum Master, Developers, Testers, and Government stakeholders through virtual meetings and Agile ceremonies. Employees must maintain a secure remote workspace, use government-approved systems and security controls, and comply with all cybersecurity and data protection requirements, including Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
