You will keep us audit-ready year-round, support proposals with accurate certification evidence, and work with delivery teams to embed these processes into daily project work.\nResponsibilities\nOwn and maintain our CMMI appraisals, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and [ISO 20000] certifications, including surveillance and recertification audits\nLead CMMC Level 2 readiness and sustainment: gap assessments, SSP, POA&Ms, evidence collection, and coordination with the C3PAO\nMaintain the Quality Management System and Information Security Management System, including policies, procedures, and document control\nPlan and conduct internal audits; track findings and corrective actions to closure\nSupport capture and proposal teams by validating and documenting certification compliance for RFP responses\nCoach program and project managers on process requirements and tailoring\nReport certification status, risks, and audit metrics to senior leadership\nStay current on changes to CMMC, DFARS, and ISO/CMMI standards\nRequired qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Information Security, Engineering, Business, Quality Management, or a related field\n[7+] years of experience in quality, compliance, or security program management, preferably in federal IT services\nHands-on experience maintaining at least two of: CMMI, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, CMMC/NIST SP 800-171\nExperience supporting external audits or appraisals\nStrong writing skills for policies, procedures, and proposal inputs\nPreferred qualifications\nISO 9001 and/or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification\nCMMI Associate or Certified CMMI Professional; experience supporting a Lead Appraiser\nCyber AB Certified CMMC Professional (CCP) or Assessor (CCA)\nCISSP, CISA, or CISM\nExperience with GRC or QMS tools and with proposal support\nWhy you will love working with us/ Perks\nA comprehensive benefits package including healthcare (medical, dental, vision, and disability)\na 401k program where you are 100% vested from day one, with an employer match after 90 days.\nAn Educational Assistance program.\nA student loan repayment program\nGym Reimbursement Program.\nPaid Time off\nDynamics, a passionate, multi-disciplinary team of creative minds to work with, and many more.\nHorizon is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer, and it is our policy to consider all applicants for employment.
