The position establishes processes for managing a portfolio of work in an Agile way, drives strategic change across the organization for adoption of Agile techniques, and embeds an Agile culture using techniques from a wide range of Agile and Lean methodologies and frameworks. Under the guidance of the Program Manager, this role is responsible for the overall management of specific task order(s), working directly with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives.
