Product, Data, and Customer Success teams.\nAlign stakeholders on priorities, deliverables, and timelines.\nFacilitate decision-making across cross-functional teams.\nClient-Facing Program Leadership:\nAct as the primary delivery contact for enterprise clients.\nProvide regular updates on program status, risks, and milestones.\nManage client escalations and ensure successful program outcomes.\nRisk and Dependency Management:\nIdentify risks, technical blockers, and cross-team dependencies early.\nDevelop mitigation strategies and escalate critical issues when needed.\nMaintain RAID logs and program health metrics.\nGovernance and Reporting:\nEstablish program governance frameworks and reporting cadence.\nPrepare program dashboards, executive reports, and delivery metrics.\nTrack KPIs related to delivery performance and client satisfaction.\nEngineering Program Coordination:\nWork closely with engineering leaders to align sprint planning with program milestones.\nEnsure architectural dependencies are tracked and resolved.\nCoordinate release planning and deployment readiness.\nRequirements:\n8 years of experience in technical program management, project management, or engineering program delivery.\nProven experience managing large-scale engineering programs involving multiple teams.\nStrong experience working with software development teams and product organizations.\nDemonstrated experience managing enterprise client-facing technology programs.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.\nBachelor's or master's degree from a Tier 1 institution preferred.\nDesirable Skills:\nExperience working on data platforms, analytics systems, or cloud-based products.\nFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models.\nPMP, PMI-ACP, or similar project management certification.\nExperience in healthcare technology or regulated
