This is a hybrid or remote position. \nResponsibilities:\nManage all aspects of client’s personal insurance needs, from information gathering, preparing applications and renewal marketing to policy administration.\n\nExplain coverages and types of policies, suggest specific coverage enhancements, and resolve general customer inquiries.\n\nDevelop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, their representatives and insurance company personnel.\n\nAccurately and efficiently maintain electronic client account records and electronic file documentation while processing rewrites, endorsements, cancellations and renewals.\n\nParticipate as a Team member in a fast-paced, growing sales environment open to continuous improvement.\n\nQualifications:\nExceptional aptitude for customer service with a minimum of five years of Personal Insurance industry experience required, including\n\nExperience with personal high net worth carriers such as Chubb, PURE, Berkley One & Cincinnati.\n\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.\n\nUpbeat attitude and strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.\n\nExcellent time management and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and AMS/Image Right\n\nBenefits:\nCompensation: $85,000-$95,000/yr.\n\nCompany Paid Life Insurance, Long-Term and Short-Term Disability.\n\nMedical, Dental, Vision and FSA/HSA plans.\n\n401(k) with company match.\n\nAdditional voluntary benefits including Critical Illness, Accident Insurance, Hospital Indemnity and Supplemental Life Insurance, Legal and Identity Protection, and Pet benefits.\n\nGenerous PTO.\n\nAn awesome team of professionals!\n\nThe Hilb Group is an equal opportunity employer, and we actively support and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws prohibiting all forms of discrimination in employment.
