The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious ­­­­­Workday HCM Analyst to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a remote position.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide day-to-day support and administration for Workday Core HCM, including employee data, positions, organizations, job changes, compensation changes, and other employee lifecycle transactions.\nSupport Workday functionality and processes related to Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, and Talent Management.\nTroubleshoot Workday issues, research root causes, and coordinate resolutions with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and other stakeholders.\nAssist with Workday business process configuration, testing, documentation, and ongoing process improvements.\nSupport annual and recurring HR activities, including benefits enrollment, compensation activities, performance reviews, recruiting processes, and other HR programs.\nReview employee and organizational data for accuracy and help resolve data discrepancies.\nAssist with Workday reporting and provide data to HR and business partners as needed.\nParticipate in testing for Workday updates, enhancements, and configuration changes.\nCreate and maintain process documentation, job aids, and training materials.\nRespond to Workday-related questions from employees, managers, and HR partners and provide clear guidance on system processes.\nPartner with internal teams to identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve the employee and manager experience.\nMaintain appropriate confidentiality and data security when working with sensitive employee information.\nQualificatio ns:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.\nHands-on experience working with Workday HCM.\nExperience supporting one or more Workday functional areas, including: Benefits Payroll Recruiting Talent/Performance Management\nUnderstanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience with Workday reporting, business processes, security, integrations, or testing is a plus.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience supporting Workday in a multi-location or growing organization.\nExposure to multiple Workday modules and cross-functional business processes.\nExperience with Workday releases, regression testing, or system enhancements.\nExperience developing HRIS documentation, procedures, and end-user training materials.\nWorkday training or certifications are a plus.\nBenefits:\nCompany Paid Life Insurance, Long-Term and Short-Term Disability.\nMedical, Dental, Vision and FSA/HSA plans.\n401(k) with company match.\nAdditional voluntary benefits including Critical Illness, Accident Insurance, Hospital Indemnity and Supplemental Life Insurance, Legal and Identity Protection, and Pet benefits.\nGenerous PTO.\nAn awesome team of professionals!\nThe Hilb Group is an equal opportunity employer, and we actively support and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws prohibiting all forms of discrimination in employment.
