Visit www.hilcoglobal.com.\nPosition Summary\nHilco Global Capital Solutions, LLC seeks Manager, IPv4 Lease Operations at its facility located at 1500 Broadway, 26th Floor, New York, NY 10036.\nResponsibilities:\nResponsible for developing and scaling the leasing operations business unit within Hilco Streambank.\nOptimize workflows, streamline processes from client registration, IP onboarding, contract negotiations, IP delegation, monitor to closing, and implement automation to create a seamless, self-sustaining leasing platform.\nEstablish and expand the IPv4 lease operations unit by designing a seamless end-to-end workflow for IPv4 leasing, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalability.\nLead automation initiatives to develop a self-sustaining leasing platform, minimizing manual intervention and enhancing operational speed with web development engineers.\nCollaborate with lessees, lessors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth lease transactions.\nProvide expert guidance on IPv4 delegation and routing, while managing contract and terms negotiations.\nReview, update, and draft legal language in leasing agreements to enhance business operations and improve contractual clarity for IPv4 leasing.\nWork closely with legal, web development, finance, and technical teams to ensure compliance, automation, accurate billing, and seamless contract execution.\nMonitor competitors in the IPv4 leasing industry and stay informed on trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape to drive innovation in leasing operations.\nAdditional Information\n20% remote work allowed.\nMust live within normal commuting distance of the worksite.\nUp to 20% domestic and international travel required.\nRequirements\nThis position requires a Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Analytics or a related field, plus two (2) years of experience as a Transfer Analyst or related occupation.\nAdditionally, the applicant must have employment experience with:\nProcessing IPv4 transfers by navigating and querying the ARIN, RIPE, APNIC, and LACNIC databases.\nConsulting clients on IP delegation, creating RPKI and ROAs, and managing reassignment, reallocation, rDNS, and geolocation updates.\nReviewing and analyzing IP reputation reports and announcements on FullCtrl, RIPEstat, IRRexplorer, and Mxtoolbox and guiding clients on cleaning IPs and removing applicable announcements and routes.\nAdvising clients on updating route objects on all Internet Routing Registries (ARIN, RIPE, APNIC, LACNIC), RADB, Level 3, and NTTCOM.\nCompensation & Benefits\nThe position offers an annual base salary of $150,550, along with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
