Whether leading a standalone site or part of a wider phased development, you’ll be the driving force behind quality, safety and operational success.\nYou’ll coordinate site teams, subcontractors and external partners, working closely with Commercial, Technical and Sales teams to keep progress clear, collaborative and aligned.\nWhat you’ll do:\nLead safe delivery on site and promote Hill’s ‘Don’t Walk By’ safety-first culture\nLead safe delivery on site and promote Hill’s ‘Don’t Walk By’ safety-first culture\n\nManage Design Reviews.\n\nSetting up the site order Engagement\n\nManage short-term programming and sequencing to meet long-term programme goals\n\nMonitor build quality using SnagR and ISO systems, ensuring compliance with statutory, warranty and technical standards\n\nChair subcontractor meetings, ensuring clear actions, accountability and progress\n\nManage and mentor Assistant Site Managers and Trainees, setting clear expectations and reviewing performance\n\nTrack labour, materials, plant and progress with accurate records and reporting\n\nMaintain excellent site presentation, cleanliness and boundary control\n\nCoordinate closely with the Commercial team to support cost control and reporting\n\nSupport technical problem-solving and liaise with consultants, suppliers and authorities\n\nAttend internal project reviews and client meetings as a trusted representative of Hill\n\nEnsure compliance with H&S, CDM, scaffold and temporary works procedures\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\nHND/Degree in Construction (or equivalent experience)\n\nProven experience in site management, ideally on residential or mixed-use projects\n\nStrong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and RAMS\n\nConfident in short- and long-term programme management\n\nSkilled in subcontractor management, coordination and performance reviews\n\nExcellent leadership, organisation and team development capabilities\n\nConfident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills\n\nComfortable working in a high-performance, fast-paced environment\n\nFully certified: CSCS, SMSTS, Scaffold Inspection, and TWC\n\nWhat you’ll get:\n26 days holiday (plus bank holidays)\n\nHealthcare cashback plan and well being platform\n\nHill Incentive Scheme and retail discounts\n\nPaid volunteering days and structured career development\n\nA collaborative environment where your growth is supported, and your work has real impact\n\nWhy Hill?\nAt Hill, we offer more than just a job - we offer the opportunity to make a real and lasting impact.
