# Site Manager

We don’t just manage sites-we lead them with purpose. As a Site Manager at Hill, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of residential construction projects-typically valued at £30m+-ensuring they’re delivered safely, on time, on budget and to the highest standards. Whether leading a standalone site or part of a wider phased development, you’ll be the driving force behind quality, safety and operational success. You’ll coordinate site teams, subcontractors and external partners, working closely with Commercial, Technical and Sales teams to keep progress clear, collaborative and aligned.
