performance\nMonitor project health, identify risks and facilitate resolution of delivery challenges\nWork closely with operation leaders and project teams to ensure successful delivery of projects in accordance with client expectations\nSupport project teams in resolving critical client and project issues \nAct as an executive sponsor for key projects and programs\nBusiness Development\nIdentify and pursue new opportunities within existing and prospective clients \nDevelop growth strategies for assigned clients and sectors\nDevelop pipeline opportunities and drive revenue growth across the region\nLead client engagement efforts, presentations and strategic meetings\nLead pursuit teams in the development of proposals, pursuit activities, presentations and commercial negotiations\nMonitor competitor activity, market trends and upcoming opportunities. \n Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline \n12+ years of experience in the Middle East market with demonstrated success managing major client accounts and delivering complex projects or programs\nProven experience leading and overseeing large-scale residential, mixed-use, and master-planned community development programs, including stakeholder management, program governance, delivery oversight, and successful execution across multiple project phases from planning and design through construction and handover\n\nExperience with leading large residential programs in the local market \nStrong understanding of project delivery methodologies, contracts, procurement and commercial management\nStrong negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills\nExcellent communication and relationship
