International is seeking a Construction Manager in Phoenix, Arizona\n Conduct daily QA field inspections to verify construction activities are performed in accordance with approved IFC plans, specifications, contract requirements, and industry standards.\nInspect civil construction activities including:Saw cutting\nTrenching operations\nUnderground conduit installation\nSlurry backfill placement\nConcrete restoration and surface repairs\n\nVerify quality and compliance of electrical tie-ins, equipment installations, and PV racking and module installation activities.\nIdentify, document, and track quality deficiencies, nonconformances, and corrective actions through resolution.\nMaintain detailed inspection records and project documentation within the Procore platform.\nPrepare and distribute daily field inspection reports, documenting work progress, observations, quality concerns, and corrective action status.\nDevelop and present weekly QA summaries to FIG leadership, highlighting project quality performance, trends, risks, and recommendations.Track and verify closure of punch-list items, deficiencies, and corrective action requests.\n\nImplement and manage pre-shutdown verification procedures for work occurring in live operational environments.\nConduct pre-energization inspections and validation activities to ensure systems are safe and ready for commissioning.\nAdminister hold-point inspections and sign-off requirements prior to restoring electrical power or returning facilities to service.\nVerify compliance with project-specific commissioning, startup, and operational readiness requirements.\nProvide independent third-party review and written recommendations regarding:Construction sequencing\nCrew composition and staffing levels\nEquipment utilization and configuration\nTrench-cycle durations\nProductivity improvement opportunities\nWorker safety considerations\n\nEvaluate construction methodologies and provide recommendations to optimize quality, safety, and production performance.\nObserve and analyze trenching, installation, restoration, and construction workflows.\nBenchmark trench-and-restore production cycles to support development of labor productivity and time standards.\nIdentify trends impacting schedule performance and recommend process improvements.\nProvide data-driven feedback to project leadership regarding field execution efficiency.\nPromote OSHA-compliant construction practices and quality-focused field awareness.\nSupport safe execution of canopy and elevated work activities, including:Scissor lift operations\nLadder use\nFall protection systems\nAccess and egress requirements\n\nPartner with project teams to proactively identify and mitigate quality and safety risks.\nReinforce adherence to project safety plans, permit requirements, and site-specific procedures.\nProvide interim construction management support to leadership during project execution.\nDevelop, document, and standardize construction quality processes, procedures, and best practices.\n Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n8+ years of experience in construction management, quality assurance, quality control, owner's representative services, or inspection management.\nExperience with solar PV, electrical infrastructure, commercial construction, or civil utility work.\nStrong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, quality standards, and field inspection procedures.\nExperience utilizing Procore or similar construction management software.\nUnderstanding of OSHA regulations and safe work practices.\nStrong technical writing and reporting skills.\nAbility to work independently in active construction environments and provide objective recommendations.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience supporting solar PV programs, EV infrastructure, or distributed energy projects.\nQuality certifications such as CQM, CMQ/OE, CQC Manager, or equivalent.\nOSHA 30-Hour Certification.\nExperience working in occupied facilities or live
